As a client for over 4 years, I feel Special – how rare is that in a hairdresser. I feel Safe – in Charlotte’s experienced care; cut, colour, hair care and advice. I appreciate the Service, care and personal attention – from the welcoming reception, to all the highly trained staff in general – Trust – that I will look – and feel good. And – laughter; lots of laughter!
